Magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins can already apply for the 4th Judicial Management Award: "Minister Sálvio de Figueiredo Teixeira", awarded annually by the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the state of Tocantins (CGJUS). The initiative recognizes successful practices developed under the 1st Degree of Jurisdiction that contributes to the modernization, speed and efficiency of the Judiciary.
The prize aims to identify, value and disseminate good practices that result in the improvement of judicial and administrative services provided to society. The registered initiatives must be effectively implemented and present proven results, not being accepted suggestions, ideas, studies or projects not executed.
Registrations are open until February 23rd. Innovative practices that have contributed to the improvement of the quality of judicial services delivered to the population will be awarded.
The practices may compete in the following thematic axes: productivity; administrative operational efficiency; budget management; transparency; strategic planning and management; sustainability and accessibility; people management; information technology and communication (ICT) management; conciliation and mediation; combating domestic violence; prison system; criminal enforcement and socio-educational measures; access to justice and citizenship; protection of minority groups; and other forms of unit management.

The 4th Judicial Management Award will be awarded in the categories on First Entry, Second Entry and Final Entry. The evaluation of registered practices will take into account criteria such as relevance, innovation, cost-benefit implementation, results and humanization.
Magistrates and/or civil servers acting in the units of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins may present practices individually or in groups, in the categories that are linked, regardless of the functional link. Trainees may compose the groups, forbidden individual participation.
The award ceremony will take place during the 4th Meeting of Chief Permanent Judges and the General Internal Affairs of the Justice of the State of Tocantins (Encope), to be held in September of 2026.
The registered practices will be evaluated by a designated committee, based on the criteria of innovation, relevance, cost-benefit implementation, results achieved and humanization. Scores of 1 to 3 will be assigned for each criterion, and practices that do not have a link with the 1st Degree of Jurisdiction of the State of Tocantins will be disqualified.
