The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through the Directorate of Information Technology (DTINF), guides magistrates and civil servers who have digital certificates valid until December of 2025 to carry out the early renewal of the document. The measure aims to ensure continuity of services, avoid outages and ensure full and secure access to institutional systems.

DTINF reinforces that the renewal must be made before expiration, in a simple procedure and fully assisted by the Central of Services of the Court.

To request the renewal, it is necessary to open a call in the Service Center, available at the LINKhttps://servicedesk.tjto.jus.br/assystnet/. The service can also be requested by phone 0800-721-8044 (external access).

In the menu, the user must select: "Services", then "Digital Certificate", and "Renewal".

At the time of opening the call, it is mandatory to inform: full name, registration, CPF, institutional e-mail, unit/ capacity and phone. It is also necessary to indicate if you already have TOKEN and, if so, attach a photo of the device.

DTINF also points out that users who already have a TOKEN can request the issuance or renewal of the certificate by videoconference, an alternative that offers more convenience and agility to the process.
