The Presidency of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) published, on November 24th, the Ordinance that confirms the completion of the next class of the Legal Residency Program (PRJud). With an expected start for the first half of 2026, the program will offer 157 vacancies distributed among support to 1st degree magistrates, justices and court directors.
The new edition will follow the guidelines of the Resolution 8, 2022 of the CNJ, and the recent Resolution 635, 2025 of the CNJ, incorporating its terms into the next public notice
And the selective process?
The selection process is expected to take place in the first few months of 2026, following a similar model to the last edition, with qualifying and elimination stages. More details about registration, schedule, and notice will be released soon through the official channels of Esmat and TJTO.
