This Friday, June 27th, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) concluded the internal audit of its Quality Management System (QMS), based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The activity is part of the ongoing process of evaluating and improving the procedures of the school, which this year celebrates a decade of certification with a focus on excellence and efficiency in the services provided.
Conducted by lead auditor Cassiana Klebis Bovo, the audit takes place on a sample basis, focusing on the critical processes identified based on the results of previous audits and the Quality Manual of the institution. The methodology applied includes interviews, document analysis and verification of evidence in the teaching, administrative and support sectors.
For the executive director of Esmat, Ana Beatriz de Oliveira Pretto, the moment symbolizes institutional maturity and the consolidation of management guided by responsibility and innovation.
“The result of the internal audit reflects the commitment of our technical team to a continuous improvement and excellence in the services we provide to society and the Justice System," she said.
