The School of the Judges of the State of São Paulo (EPM), in partnership with Enfam, will hold the 10th Group for Studies on Constitutional Law, with the theme on “Artificial Intelligence and Constitutional Law: challenges for the Judiciary”. Registrations are open until April 6th and they can be done through the EPM website.

Under the coordination of Justice Luis Francisco Aguilar Cortez and Judge Renato Siqueira De Pretto, the meetings will take place from April 9th to December 10th, ONLINE and monthly, on Wednesdays, from 10am to 12pm. Fifty places have been made available, exclusively for active magistrates; retired magistrates from the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo; judges and magistrates from the courts of the other states of the country.

The aim of the meetings is to deepen the doctrinal and jurisprudential knowledge of magistrates about the impact of artificial intelligence on constitutional law. In addition, they aim to prepare doctrine and jurisprudence, with academic discussions aimed at scientific production, publication in journals and the production of collective works.

The activities of the group will be led by invited experts, who will give presentations followed by debates with the participants, promoting reflections on judicial activities.
