The Judiciary of the state of Tocantins will follow the calendar of holidays and optional points established by the Ordinance No. 3383/2024, which provides for 16 holidays throughout 2025, five of which coincide with weekends.
In addition to the national and state holidays, there are specific dates for the city of Palmas, such as St. Joseph's Day (March 19th) and the anniversary of the city (May 20th).
In the countryside, the specific municipal holidays will be observed. The definition of optional points will be at the discretion of the magistrates, in accordance with the article 133 of the Complementary Law 10/1996.
