In this special episode of the EsmatCast, Patrícia Idehara, representing the Permanent Commission for Accessibility and Inclusion of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), and Karen Barros, a master's student in Judicial Provision and Human Rights, discuss the right to inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities at work. The initiative is part of the Accessibility and Inclusion Week project of this year.

The chat addressed the challenges of organizational, communication and technological barriers, as well as the lack of knowledge among civil servers about intellectual disabilities, highlighting the judiciary as a crucial factor in promoting rights and social inclusion.
