On Friday (August 23rd), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) concluded the external audit process in accordance with the requirements of the ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015 standard. Conducted by auditors Hélder Costa Vêga and Sandra Soares Mariano, in virtual mode, the external audit aims to assess the conformity of the Quality Management System of the institution, which has as its scope the development of individual and organizational skills aimed at improving judicial provision, through courses and events.
The audit includes the Center for' Training and Improvement of Magistrates (NUFAM), the Center for Training and Improvement of Serves (NUCAS), Administrative and Technological Supervision, Esmat Communication and Publishing, the Library, the Academic Secretariat, Financial Management, Management and the Secretariat of Quality Management Control (SGQ).
The results achieved by Esmat during the external audit process reaffirm its commitment to its quality policy, achieving continuous improvement and highlighting the importance of compliance with the ISO 9001 standard as an indication of excellence in educational management.
