Results And Approval Of The 1st National Magistracy Exam Is Announced

Last Thursday, August 15th, the Federal Official Diary published the results and approval of the 1st National Magistracy Exam (ENAM). The document contains a list of the qualified people, in alphabetical order, whose certificates were issued by the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam), for participation in the magistracy exams of the federal, labor, military, state and Federal District and Territories regional courts.

The rules for the competition were established in the Resolution 7 of Enfam.  The school was chosen by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) to conduct the exam, by means of the Resolution 531. With ENAM, the CNJ seeks to ensure that selection processes for the judiciary take place in a way that values reasoning, problem-solving and a vocation for the judiciary. The exam is eliminatory and non-ranking and contributes to democratize access to the career, making it more diverse and representative.
