The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) concluded on this Thursday (August 15th), its internal audit process, reaffirming the commitment to quality and improvement of its services. The audits, based on the requirements of the ISO 9001, were conducted by the auditor Cassiana Klebis Bovo on August 13th, 14th and 15th.

The ISO 9001 standard is an international reference for quality management systems, which establishes guidelines for continuous process improvement and customer and stakeholder satisfaction. In the educational context, its application in an institution like Esmat is essential to ensure the effectiveness of its activities and the quality of teaching.

During the internal audit, compliance with the ISO 9001 requirements was observed in several aspects. Esmat has demonstrated commitment to excellence and compliance with international standards, highlighting the clear definition of processes and responsibilities, analysis of results and pursuit of improvements.
