With deep regret, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins announces the death of Mrs. Hermione de Carvalho Machado, at the age of 92. The widow of Judge Feliciano Machado Braga, Mrs. Hermione was the wife of one of the main idealists in the separatist movement from the State of Goiás, which culminated in the founding of the territory of the State of Tocantins.
Mrs. Hermione leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication, and she is remembered by her 6 children and 4 grandchildren. The wake is being held in the city of Goiânia - GO, at the Jardim das Palmeiras (Garden of Palm Trees) Memorial, and the burial will take place this Monday at the family grave in the Santana Cemetery, also in the capital of Goiânia.
