In continuation of the Annual Immunization Campaign in the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, the Health Center of the Court (Cesau/TJTO) has extended vaccination to dependents of civil servers and magistrates. To receive a dose of the influenza vaccine, those interested should go to Cesau, between 9am and 5pm, carrying their vaccination card.
The doses administered are left over from the vaccination campaign carried out between May and June. In addition to their dependents, magistrates and civil servers who didn't get immunized during the initial campaign period can also go to the Health Space of the TJTO to get immunized. According to information from the Health Center, the campaign continues while stocks last.
Influenza
Influenza is an acute respiratory infection caused by viruses A, B, C and D, with type A being associated with epidemics and pandemics. It is a virus that usually circulates more than one type of influenza each year, such as Influenza A (H1N1) pdm09, Influenza A (H3N2) and Influenza B.
In order to reduce complications caused by viral infections, the Health Center of the Court of Justice has been administering influenza vaccines since 2016.
