Judges and civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins have until this Friday (May 24th) to update their registration data in the e-Gesp system. The procedure is part of the Compulsory Annual Registration Update, which this year will take place in two stages, the first and second of which will be carried out between June 1st and 30th of this year.
To update their data, the magistrate or civil server must access the “Civil Servers/Magistrates Register” tab, then click on “Registration Data” and then on “Update Registration Data”.
At the end, after following the update steps and entering the necessary data, the magistrate or civil server must click on “Save and Send”.
In this first stage, the following data can be updated: name, affiliation, nationality and place of birth, race, blood type, sex, gender identity, among others.
The Directorate of People Management (Digep) would like to remind you that updating your registration details (the first stage) does not exclude the obligation to carry out the compulsory annual update (the second stage).
In this sense, it asks all Judges and civil servers to take part in this important campaign, which will bring countless benefits to the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins.
Duty of the Server
According to the item III, Art. 2 of the Resolution No. 2/2014, it is the duty of the civil server or magistrate to keep the data up to date, as well as to supplement it whenever necessary.
According to Digep, updating registration data aims to enable the collection of essential data for the TJTO policies, such as granting aid, among others.
