Civil servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins (PJTO) interested in specializing in IT management can now get ready. Last Friday (April 12th), the University of the State of Tocantins (Unitins) opened new vacancies for the IT course focused on ITIL and COBIT, aimed at civil servers.

COBIT AND ITIL
They are programs focused on being guides to good governance practices. COBIT is an IT management framework used by companies to organize, develop and implement governance and information management strategies.
ITIL is a procedure that covers a sequence of good practices in IT management. It covers the infrastructure of the area, the operation and maintenance of information technology services.
