Residency Program With Access To Post-Graduate Studies In Judicial Practice (Prjud) Announces Provisional Results Of The Preliminary Stage For Registered Candidates

The list of registered candidates with the provisional result of the Preliminary Stage for the Residency Program with Access to Post-Graduation in Judicial Practice (PRJud) was published in the edition of the Gazette of the Court of Justice of this Friday (15th) (TJTO). In the document, the lists are organized as follows: columns ORDER (Order No.), NAME, POSITION (location chosen for the Residency), REGISTRATION NUMBER; and SITUATION: REGISTRATION GRANTED (candidates who had all their documentation validated); ELIMINATED (candidates who did not submit all the mandatory items, under the terms of the items 6 and 7, paragraph a, of the Notice No. 516, of 2023).

The Notice also informs all registered candidates who have uploaded documentation that they can access the validation mirror of the supporting documents, within the area of the candidate, in the SGC system, through access with the login and password of the candidate, from December 16th to 18th, 2023, as well as that all related candidates that the appeal can be filed on December 18th, 2023, which must be written within the specific electronic field in the area of the candidate, in the SGC, through access with the  login and password of the candidate. Candidates can access the tutorial on how to file an appeal in the Documents tab of the SGC.

The program, promoted by the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, through the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), proposes the Legal Residency as a practical activity. This will provide access to a Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in Judicial Practice as a theoretical activity.
