About the Journal
The journal is linked to the Professional and Interdisciplinary Master in Judicial Provision and Human Rights (PPGPJDH), which is held by the Federal University of the State of Tocantins (UFT), in partnership with the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through Esmat.
The journal, rated B1 by Capes, aims to be a motivating instrument for the dissemination of legal and interdisciplinary knowledge produced by Judges, students, professors, public servers, lawyers, members of the State Prosecution Office, and other members of the legal community, that is, a vehicle for the continuous improvement of discussions about Law and the Social Sciences, in order to stimulate academic and scientific debate.
It is important to emphasize that the submission of products to ESMAT Journal is permanent, that is, people interested in publishing their work can submit articles throughout the year.
