The access to justice for the Native and Traditional Peoples of the State of Tocantins is the theme of the action articulated by the Secretariat of Native and Traditional Peoples (Sepot) with the judiciary system of the State of Tocantins.
In a meeting with the Deputy Director of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), Judge Wellington Magalhães, the Secretary Narubia Werreria, highlighted the relevance of the project and the execution methodology that aims at the alternate listening between the agencies and the communities. The meeting took place in the meeting room of Esmat on the afternoon of March 21st.
The project, which is under construction, aims to provide access to justice for traditional peoples and communities, seeking to deburocratize the initial procedures.
