Aiming to align and present goals and indicators for the 2023-2025 biennium, the Information Technology and Communication Board of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) held, on the afternoon of Tuesday (March 7th), a meeting with the servers responsible for the technological spheres of the Judiciary.
During the meeting, held in the auditorium of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), Justice Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe, President of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), congratulated those involved for the initiative and stressed her concern in promoting a management marked by technological innovation. In her speech, the Justice also highlighted the importance of planning goals.
"We can only achieve some result if we plan, if we set our goals, overcoming our own challenges every day. This is what we seek. We try to improve every day, because our work here will reflect there in our activity, which is the provision of jurisdiction, and we want to provide a quality judicial service. It is time to provide our servers and our magistrates with facilities in those jobs that require standardization, in those jobs that are repetitive and we need to improve," she explained.
For Alice Carla de Sousa Setubal, Director of Information Technology of TJTO, the meeting was also a way to promote a greater engagement between the sectors and servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
"This meeting aims to present the IT Master-Plan, which are the goals and indicators to meet the management plan for the 2023-2025 biennium. All of them are aligned with the National ICT Strategy of CNJ", she said.
On the occasion, several topics were discussed about the technological innovations in the state courts aiming at the optimization of the judicial procedures. Mr. Luiz Vergilio de Arruda e Silva, Business Development Director, and Mr. Paulo Farias, Corporate Business Director, from Gartner, also participated in the meeting that presented to the employees how the company can help in the support of technological actions.
