The president of the Court of Justice of Tocantins (TJTO), Justice Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe, received on Wednesday (February 15th) representatives from Gartner, Luiz Vergilio de Arruda e Silva and Paulo Ricardo Farias. The company is focused on advice/consulting and strategy and already serves the TJTO in the Technology and Innovation Board.
During the meeting, the representatives presented the services that should be turned to other areas of the Judiciary, such as the Strategic Management Coordination (COGES), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) and, still, the support in the restoration of the Innovation Lab, in the goals that are in the Management Plan and the fulfillment of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) recommendations.
The president thanked the company representatives for their presence and stressed that the technologies, strategies are essential to guarantee judicial services to society. “We want to walk, we want new ideas and results.”
The director of Esmat, Justice Marco Villas Boas, reminded that it is not enough just to implement a digital culture, it is necessary to have a digital transformation that, according to him, in the Judiciary had a great advance with the creation of Esmat.
The meeting was also attended by the assistant judges of the presidency of TJTO, Roniclay Alves de Morais and Rosa Maria Rodrigues Gazire Rossi; the General Director of TJTO, Jonas Demóstenes Ramos, the Director of Technology and Innovation of the TJTO, Alice Carla de Sousa, the Executive Director of Esmat, Ana Beatriz de Oliveira Preto and the Chief of Staff of the Presidency, Jeane Silva Justino Filho.
