On Monday (12th) morning, the first meeting of the State Training Network took place, promoted by the Government of the State of Tocantins, through the Secretary of Administration (Secad) in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) and other partner agencies.
The Network aims to offer an integrated system of educational actions focused on the training of public servers, respecting the needs and characteristics of each area of public management. In the first meeting, the guidelines that are part of the project were presented, such as the formation of work subgroups in three areas of action. With the proposal to integrate training units from the State Executive Branch and other institutions, the Network intends to minimize the operational cost of courses with similar programmatic content that are promoted by more than one administrative unit. It will also offer a greater variety of training courses associated with cost reduction.
