CNJ promotes research to diagnose cases of harassment and discrimination in the Judiciary

The National Council of Justice (CNJ), through the Committee for the Prevention and Confrontation of Harassment and Discrimination in the Judiciary, initiated, on November 22nd, a nationwide survey, with the objective of diagnosing cases of harassment and/or discrimination eventually practiced against Judges, employees, and trainees.

The survey, which will be conducted until December 3rd, is one of the CNJ's actions to comply with Resolution 351/2020. Also according to the CNJ, the answers obtained from the survey will be fundamental in directing the Committee's next actions to promote decent, healthy, safe and sustainable work within the Judiciary. The CNJ also states that the anonymity of the respondents will be preserved.

The entire staff, including Judges, public servers, interns and outsourced employees, can participate. Participation in the survey will be done at https://formularios.cnj.jus.br/pesquisa-nacional-sobre-assedio-e-discriminacao-no-ambito-do-poder-judiciario/, using the password 5H7S6TWG.
