During the Ordinary General Assembly held on Monday (13th), members of the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of the Judges (COPEDEM) elected for the biennium 2022-2024 the Integration slate, headed by Judge Marco Villas Boas, General Director of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT). With an ínterim mandate, this is the third time that the Judge assumes the presidency of the entity.
On the occasion, the president of Copedem pointed out that the inauguration of the new board would take place in March 2022, during Copedem’s National Meeting, which will be held in the city of Rio de Janeiro, between March 17th and 20th. “Our next meeting will be aimed at discussing institutional themes in the áreas of management, digital Law, and other subjects of great relevance in this current moment in which we are living. I want to take this opportunity to thank the support and commitment of each one o four colleagues in this process of renewing our activities. We will debate relevant issues for the improvement of the magistrature and major national problems that change our daily lives in which the Judiciary is called to attend to dramatic and emergency situations”, he stated.
