In another stage of the conformity evaluation in the Quality Management System (QMS), having as a benchmark the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) performs, this Tuesday (5th) and Wednesday (6th), the first internal audit of 2022 of its processes, in order to measure the quality of the services provided and their continuous improvement. The work is being carried out through meetings, via internet, held by the auditor Ivan Augusto Gonçalves.
For the auditor, after the other evaluation stages, the maturity of the Esmat team can be seen in the Quality Management System and how it helps to manage the day by day activities.
Among the audited departments are: the Executive Board, the Training Centers (NUCAS and NUFAM), the Financial Division, the Library, the Technological Supervision and the Academic Secretariat, all of which integrate the internal audit process. The ISO 9001:2015 Standard defines the requirements to ensure quality standards, with the goal of seeking customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of business performance, ensuring excellence in the provision of training and qualification services for Judges, civil servers, and professionals linked to the areas of Law and the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
