ENFAM launches "structural demands and high complexity litigation” book

Written under the coordination of the federal Judge Antônio Boechenek, the work is the result of the study of practical cases analyzed during his master's degree at the institution

The National School for Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam) launches the "Structural Demands and High Complexity Litigation - Practical cases analyzed in the Masters of Enfam" book. The work is the result of the researches from the first cycle of studies conducted by magistrates, state and federal, in the discipline "Structural Demands and High Complexity Litigation," the Master's Program Professional of Enfam. The book is coordinated by Antônio César Bochenek, a professor on the permanent staff of Enfam's Master's program and federal Judge.

In total, there are 15 articles elaborated from debates, theoretical studies and researches presented by the legal community. The purpose of the research was to seek out the real and concrete problems experienced by the judiciary in order to propose solutions and high-impact strategies for further research and, especially, for the effectiveness of rights and the provision of jurisdiction.

The chapters go through three major elements of the substantive law: environmental, land title regularization, and health. And, in the words of Bochenek, “the pages are lights that illuminate the first ways to be taken. The tracks here are not closed, exhaustive or finished, but excellent premises to be developed in other researches, investigations and studies”.
