The main objective of the educational action is to strengthen the capacities of key actors in the Americas to implement the different forms of reparation determined by the IDH Court in their sentences. The meetings will be important to promote the exchange of experience between agents and civil servers from different countries on good practices, challenges and solutions to problems that arise in the implementation of repairs recommended by the IDH Court.
The teaching staff will be composed of professionals from the Unit on Sentence Compliance Supervision of the IDH Court Secretariat and the IPPDH, as well as invited experts, with outstanding work in topics related to human rights, public policies and compliance with decisions of the Inter-American System.
