The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) held, on Monday (Feb 23rd) and Tuesday (Feb 24th), two classes of the course on "Automated Locomotion in Eproc and the New Updates to the Tool". The training was aimed at the civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins that work directly in the issuance of warrants and in the management of transportation expenses, focusing on recent updates to the tool and standardization of procedures in the system.
The classes covered from the flow of processing, such as calculation generation, certification in processes, verification of paid receipts, binding and return of warrants, to procedures in case of inconsistency, corrections, complements and diagnosis of more recurring errors. Simulations were also carried out in the test environment of Eproc, with case resolution and guidelines to improve the performance of the units.
In testimony, the facilitator and legal advisor Celma Barbosa Pereira highlighted that the training was structured to support the work routine and strengthen the safety of acts. According to her, the proposal was to present, in a practical way, the use of the tool "step by step", showing that the resource contributes to "more security and standardization of procedures," as well as expanding control over steps such as generation of a ticket, confirmation of payment and linking to the calculation to the order.
“The course was an important moment to align procedures, clarify doubts and reinforce that the tool was designed to give more agility, organization and efficiency to our work at the TJTO", she added.
The activities were offered remotely, by video conference (Google Meet), with a workload of 4 and 5 hours for classes IV and V, respectively.
