Course On Annual Hiring Plan Enables Civil Servers For Strategic Use Of The Grp

In order to strengthen the planning and management of hirings within the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) held on Tuesday (August 19th), the training on Operationalization of the Annual Hiring Plan (PCA). The activity was directed to civil servers that act directly in the elaboration and monitoring of the PCA.

The training proposal included 6 hours of activities, integrating theoretical presentations and practical exercises on the use of the Government Resource Planning (GRP) - official tool used by the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) for the construction and updating of the Annual Hiring Plan.

During the training, participants were able to understand the complete workflow of the PCA: from the creation of initial spreadsheets to the issuance of reports in the system, through inclusions, changes and segmentation by unit.

The course meets the legal requirements established by the new Law on Tenders and Contracts (Law no 14.133, of 2021), contributing to standardization, efficiency and security in the hiring planning process, in alignment with the principles of legality, economy, planning and transparency. The training was conducted by the facilitators João Ornato Benigno Brito, effective server of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, and Edir Pereira dos Santos, manager of the GRP Project and assigned server of the Executive Power of the state of Tocantins.

The activities received positive reviews from the civil servers, which highlighted the accessible didactics, updated content and immediate applicability of what was addressed.

“The content was presented with great clarity and objectivity, addressing in a practical and up-to-date manner the main aspects of the legislation and strategic guidelines involved. The didactics of the instructors contributed significantly to the understanding of the topics, even by those who are starting in the area. Undoubtedly, it is an essential course for those who work with the planning and management of hiring", said Rita de Cássia, a civil server assigned to the TJTO.

"The PCA Operationalization course was extremely useful to all servers participants, as it provided a clear understanding and, in practice, about how the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the Annual Hiring Plan" added Jessyca Lira, of the Legal Advice of the Medical Board.
