Course On Written And Strategic Communication Begins With Focus On The Qualification Of Institutional Language

It began on Tuesday (August 19th), the Class I of the course on Written and Strategic Communication, promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), within the scope of the People Management Project by Competences of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins. The activity integrates strategic actions of institutional development based on the results of the Skills Assessment carried out in 2024.

Aimed at civil servers and trainees with gaps identified in the competence: "Written Communication", the course is offered in distance mode, with synchronous classes via Google Meet and activities in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA). In all, there will be 20 hours of training, divided into four modules: language fundamentals; institutional communication; textual cohesion and coherence; and text production practice.

The classes are conducted by the facilitator Sibele Letícia Rodrigues de Oliveira Biazotto, who shares teaching with Glacielle Borges Torquato. For Deborah Rocha, technical and administrative advisor of the Directorate of People Management (Digep/TJTO), the training represents an opportunity for professional growth.

“The first day of the course is great, the content will add a lot in my work as an advisor, given that there is always the possibility of improvement. The teacher has a very good and clear didactics. The course allows reflection on our language and leads us to the analysis of the strategies behind our communication", commented.
