
The Lato Sensu Post-Graduation in Business Law and Agribusiness of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will have a faculty formed by reference specialists in their areas of expertise. With masters, doctors and professionals of the Justice System, the pedagogical proposal seeks to integrate theory, practice and legal transformations related to agribusiness.
The teaching staff consists of:
- Jossanner Nery Nogueira Luna – Doctor in Law, by the Federal University of the state of Pernambuco (UFPE). University professor and researcher focusing on Business Law and Agribusiness.
- Rodrigo Bressane – Specialist in Civil Procedural Law, with practical experience and teaching experience in the area of Contracts and Civil Liability.
- Fábio Barbosa Chaves – PhD in State Law, by the University of the state of São Paulo (USP), with publications focused on Agrarian and Constitutional Law.
- Antonio Carmelo Zanette – Master in Law. Retired magistrate, with academic background in Registry Law and public land policy.
- Fábio Roque da Silva Araújo – Doctor in Economic and Financial Law, by USP (University of the state of São Paulo). Researcher in regulation, market and legal sustainability.
- Helena Maria Bezerra Ramos – Master in Legal Sciences. Professor with experience in the areas of Civil Law and Agribusiness Law.
- Leonardo Furtado Loubet – PhD in State Law, by UFPR (Federal University of the state of Paraná). Consultant and author of works on Environmental Law applied to the field.
- Wellington Magalhães – PhD in Law, by the University of the city of Brasília (UnB), with studies on Public Law and Sustainable Agribusiness.
- Anglizey Solivan de Oliveira – Justice of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO). Author of studies on Constitutional Law and Agrarian Public Policies.
- Alexandre Zavaglia – PhD in Philosophy and General Theory of Law, by USP (University of the state of São Paulo). Researcher in the area of Legal Innovation and Technology in the Rural Sector.
- Leonardo Andrade Carneiro – Doctor in Procedural Law, by UFPE. Professor at the Federal University of the state of Pernambuco, with emphasis on judicial recovery and business contracts.
- Roniclay Alves de Morais – PhD in Legal-Political Sciences, from the University of Lisbon. Specialist in Constitutional and Land Law.
- Esmar Custódio Vêncio Filho – PhD in Constitutional Law, from the Federal University of the state of Minas Gerais (UFMG), working in the area of Agrarian Law and Territorial Governance.
- Waldecy Rodrigues – PhD in Applied Economics, from the University of the state of São Paulo (USP). Professor at UFT (Federal University of the state of Tocantins) with a focus on rural development, agricultural policies and economic analysis of law.
Coordination
The coordination of the course is in charge of Justice Angela Issa Haonat, doctor in State Law, by PUC-SP. Post-Doctoral in Public Law, by the University of Santiago de Compostela, and the civil server Glacielle Borges Torquato, PhD in Public Law, with experience in the management of continuing education courses.
In all, 40 vacancies are offered according to the criteria of the Public Notice no 143 of 2025.
