
This Friday (February 28th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) announced the LATO SENSU Postgraduate Course in Educational Innovations for Teaching Practice. The course will run from April 7th, 2025 to September 30th, 2026.
Registrations will be open from March 5th to 12th, exclusively through the Competitions Management System of Esmat (SGC).
The purpose of the postgraduate course is to train magistrates, civil servers from the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins and members of partner bodies of Esmat to work in the context of innovative educational practices, with a focus on active teaching methodologies.
There are 36 places on offer, distributed as follows:
- Internal public (TJTO): 8 vacancies for magistrates and 15 for civil servers.
- External public (partner bodies and traditional communities): 13 vacancies, distributed among the State Prosecution, the Public Defender's Office, the Federal Police, the Court of Auditors, the Federal Court, Palmas City Hall, the Office of the Federal Comptroller, the BAR, as well as teachers from indigenous and quilombola communities.
The civil servers and representatives of the partner organizations and traditional communities will be selected through nomination in response to the invitation letter sent by Esmat. If any body does not use the vacancy, it may be redistributed to another partner, within the limit of external vacancies.
