The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) announces the start of the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Program in Legal Residency tomorrow, Wednesday, April 10th. The activities will take place in the auditorium of the school and they will begin in the morning at 8am with the introductory course, followed by a ceremony to open the program in the afternoon at 2pm, which will be attended by the President of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), Justice Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe.

With a total course load of 450 hours, the postgraduate course is offered by the TJTO, through Esmat, with the mission of training and improving legal professionals, providing them with a solid doctrinal and critical foundation. Postgraduate studies are the theoretical dimension of the PRJud.

In a selection process with more than four hundred applicants, a total of one hundred and fifteen residents will have the opportunity to improve and deepen their knowledge in the area of judicial provision.

Meeting

Judges and Justices met on Monday (April 8th) with the coordinator of the practical dimension of the program to clarify how the Judges will guide the residents in this important practical activity. The meeting was led by Roniclay Alves de Morais, assistant Judge in the presidency and PRJud superintendent.
