The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) received, on July 5th and 6th, technicians from the State Education Secretariat and the State Education Council to evaluate the activities related to the Lato Sensu post-graduation courses in the area of Legal Sciences, in the classroom modality.

The entire accreditation process will continue until next August; however, the evaluation commission observed many positive points in the educational process implemented by the School. The meetings were attended by the president of the commission, the counselor Thiago Franco Oliveira, the counselor Evandro Borges Arantes, and the technician from the State Council, Mrs. Telma Reijane Pinheiro da Costa. To keep the social distance, the activities took place in a hybrid way (face-to-face and via meet) with the presence of Justice Marco Villas Boas, Esmat's General Director, and with the other members of the School's Board of Directors, technical and academic staff.

Among the activities carried out during the visits were: the verification of the physical structure of the School (classrooms, coordinator's office, teachers' room, laboratories and other facilities); the preliminary systematization of the report; the analysis of documents, such as the Institutional Development Plan (PDI); Minutes of the meeting of the PDI systematization committee; School Expansion Plan; Investment Plan for the expansion of the physical structure, materials, technologies, laboratories, and other furnishings, ICTs, collection, maintenance, conservation, and acquisition; Institutional Regulations (institutional evaluation, CPA, laboratories, Library, Academic Secretary - diplomas and certificates, digitization of academic records); Institutional Evaluation Reports of the CPA 2019 and 2020, among others.
