Esmat And Uft Open Selection Process For Professional Doctorate In Governance And Digital Transformation

Registrations for the Stricto Sensu Doctoral Postgraduate Program in Governance and Digital Transformation (PPGGTD), the result of the UFT/ESMAT partnership, begin on Wednesday (March 7th) and run until March 10th. Ten vacancies are being offered, eight of which are for permanent and/or commissioned civil servers and/or magistrates in office, from the 1st or 2nd instance, and two of which are open to the general public.

With two lines of research (Digital Governance in Organizations; Computational Modeling for Digital Transformation), the structure of the Professional Doctorate course includes the completion of at least thirty-two credits and the defense of the Thesis.

The aim of the doctorate is to encourage civil server and Judges to propose methodologies for institutional strategic planning; to optimize services based on artificial intelligence and knowledge management, as well as to develop environments and tools to support processes that use or depend on the use of computer platforms. To this end, it will train professionals capable of conducting projects and research in their final areas, and innovative doctors, capable of formulating and developing projects and proposing solutions that will solve the complex issues of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins.

Face-to-face classes are scheduled to be held in the city of Palmas, at the headquarters of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), starting on April 1st, 2024.
