José Manuel Igreja Matos - PORTUGAL 

Justice-President of the Court of Appeal of Porto. Served as President of the International Union of Magistrates for the biennium 2021/2023, an organization made up of the most representative national associations of judges from 94 countries on all continents. He is the Portuguese representative of the Advisory Council of the European Judges and the Advisory Board of the Global Network for Judicial Integrity of the United Nations. Author of several books and legal articles, especially in the areas of Civil Procedural Law, Organization and Management of Courts, Judicial Ethics and Integrity and Human Rights.

Nuno Miguel Pereira Ribeiro Coelho - PORTUGAL

Judge-Counselor at the Portuguese Court of Audit. Master in New Frontiers of Law. Doctoral Student in Law, Justice and Citizenship in the 21st Century, by the University of Coimbra. Throughout his career he has worked in several interventions in teaching activities in graduate courses at several universities. Attended national and international conferences in the forensic and academic area. Published several articles, studies and decisions in books, magazines and periodicals of legal and judicial nature.

José Antonio Mouraz Lopes - PORTUGAL

Judge-Counselor at the Portuguese Court of Audit. Master in Criminal Law, by the University of Coimbra. Doctor of Law by the University of Coimbra. He was a member of the Committee for the Reform of the Code of Criminal Procedure (2010). He served as Director of the journals: "Under Judice" (1998 - 2004) and "JUDGE" (2007-2012). He has several published works in the area of criminal law and criminal procedure, and public justice policies. He also published a fiction work, Confinement Stations (Almedina, 2022).

George Andreopoulos - EUA 

Professor of Political Science at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and the City University of New York (CUNY). Founding Director of the International Center for Human Rights at John Jay College. He taught at Yale University, where he was founding associate Director of the Orville H. Schell, Jr. Center for International Human Rights. He has written on international human rights and humanitarian law. He has served as a consultant to NGOs and international organizations. He was President of the Interdisciplinary Studies Section of ISA and the Human Rights Section of APSA. He is finishing a book on the Security Council of the UN and counter-terrorism. He is the Editor in chief of the Human Rights Journal.

Antonio Henrique Graciano Suxberger - BRASIL

Doctor of Law by the University Pablo de Olavide (Spain), Master and Graduate in Law by the University of the city of Brasilia, and Post-Doc in Democracy and Human Rights by the Ius Gentium Conimbrigae (IGC) of the University of Coimbra. Professor of the Master’s and PhD in Law program at UniCEUB and lecturer in specialization courses at FESMPDFT and ESMPU. He also acts as Prosecutor of the MPDFT. He has experience in Public Law, focusing on Criminal Procedural Law, Public Policy, Criminal Policy and Human Rights.

Valério de Oliveira Mazzuoli - BRASIL

Doutor em Direito Internacional pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. Mestre em Direito pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. Pós-doutoramento em Ciências Jurídico-Políticas na Universidade Clássica de Lisboa. Professor na Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso, onde foi fundador e primeiro coordenador do Programa de Mestrado em Direito. Foi professor na Universidade de Pisa, Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas e Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Membro da Sociedade Brasileira de Direito Internacional e da Associação Brasileira de Constitucionalistas Democratas.Consultor jurídico internacional e autor de livros e artigos em Direito Internacional e Direitos Humanos.

Mohamed Jaouhar - MARROCOS

Doctor of International Law by the Federal University of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. Master in Law from the Júlio de Mesquita Filho State University of the State of São Paulo. Post-doctoral Studies in Legal-Political Sciences at the Classical University of Lisbon. Professor at the Federal University of the State of Mato Grosso, where he was founder and first coordinator of the Master’s Program in Law. He was a Professor at the University of Pisa, Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Member of the Brazilian Society of International Law and the Brazilian Association of Democratic Constitutionalists.

Thiago Lopes Matsushita - BRASIL

Member of the State Council for Education of the State of São Paulo since 2018 and Director of the Law School of ALFA EDUCATION - UNIALFA/FADISP since 2021. Professor at the University of Siena, Italy, and co-coordinator of the Summer School on "Democracy and Development" at the same university. He is a Professor of the master’s and doctorate of PUC/ SP, where he also served as vice-coordinator of the Graduation in Law and advisor of the Pro-Rectory of Post-Graduation. Visiting Professor at the following universities: Cambridge University, Université Paris 1 - Pantheon Sorbonne, Glasgow University, London School of Economics-LSE, Università di Siena.

Luís Geraldo Sant'Ana Lanfredi - BRASIL

Substitute Judge in the Second Degree in the State of São Paulo. He is an Assistant Judge of the Presidency of the National Council of Justice and the Coordinator of the Department for Monitoring and Supervision of the Prison System and the Compliance with Socio-educational Measures (DMF-CNJ). Master in Criminal Procedural Law from the University of the State of São Paulo (USP) and in Criminology and Legal Sociology - Penal from the University of Barcelona (UB), where he also specialized in "Prison and Penitentiary Law". He was a visiting researcher at the Law Colleges of the University of Coimbra (Portugal) and at the College of Jurisprudence of the Università Degli Studi di Lecce (Italy).

Ana Carla Bliacheriene - BRASIL

Professor of Law at EACH-USP. Lecturer in Financial Law at the College of Law of USP.  Master and Doctor of Law, by PUC-SP. Lawyer with significant practical experience in Public Law, LGPD, New Technologies, and Smart Cities. She coordinates the SmartCitiesBr Research Group of USP and Public Policy and Audit Specialties at EACH-USP and FEA-USP. She was coordinator of the Innovation Committee at the Rui Barbosa Institute. She was an advisor at CNPD and General Director of Human Resources at USP.

Master in Computer Science from USP. Doctor in Bioinformatics, also from USP. Currently he is a Professor - Associate of the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities - USP. Tiago Ravanello - BRASIL

Master and PhD in Psychoanalytic Theory by the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, he completed part of his doctorate at the Centre de Sciences du Langage of the Université de Paris - X - Nanterre. Postdoctoral in Clinical Psychology at USP under the guidance of Christian Ingo Lenz Dunker. Currently he is an Associate Professor at the Federal University of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, in the undergraduate course and the Master’s degree in Psychology. His research focuses on psychoanalysis, epistemology, language, semiotics and psychology.
