Esmat Opens Registrations For The Selection Of A Tutor For The Course On "Legal Pedagogy And Technical Advice To The Judiciary"

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) is open for registrations, from this Wednesday (March 20th) until March 24th, for the selection of a tutor for the course on "Legal Pedagogy and Technical Assistance to the Judiciary".

Who can apply?

Permanent, commissioned or assigned civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, based at the Court of Justice or in one of the courts of the State, are eligible to apply. You must have a degree in Pedagogy and have been trained as a tutor in Distance Education, with a minimum of 50 class hours, and have knowledge of the MOODLE platform.

Registrations must be made clicking here. There will be one vacancy for immediate action and another one for a reserve position.

Necessary documents

It is important to note that sending them after this date will result in the candidate being disqualified.

Selection process

The selection process will consist of a single stage: curriculum evaluation, which will be of a classificatory and eliminatory nature. For more information on the selection process, please read the notice carefully clicking here.

Functions of the tutor:

  • Accompany and guide the students in all the activities of the course on "Legal Pedagogy and Technical Advice to the Judiciary - 2024", via the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and in the WhatsApp Group of the students;
  • Participate in the WEBCLASSES of the course, assisting the learning facilitators, according to the WEBCLASSES schedule;
  • Have a computer and internet access at home to provide assistance to students via the Virtual Learning Environment of Esmat;
  • Monitor and assist in the theoretical and methodological development of the course;
  • Accompany and assist in the didactic-pedagogical activities (interactivity and evaluation) of the course;
  • Assisting the coordinators and teachers in the preparation of the student interaction and assessment activities;
  • Providing assistance and guidance to students on the theoretical and methodological issues of the course;
  • Monitoring activities according to the calendar of the course;
  • Assisting in the process of customizing the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA - MOODLE), knowledge of all the tools available in the environment being mandatory;
  • Assisting teachers in the process of correcting activities carried out by students via the Virtual Learning Environment;
  • Interacting daily with students via interactivity tools (forums, CHATS and others);
  • Answering several questions from students about the course;
  • Assisting in the analysis of internal processes arising from requests from students on the course.

About the course

The course on "Legal Pedagogy and Technical Advice to the Judiciary" will take place from March 26th to June 7th and aims to train Pedagogy professionals accredited to the Multidisciplinary Teams Management Group (GGEM) to understand advice to the Judiciary and procedural assistance with interdisciplinary action, in addition to addressing the legal, normative and technical framework that regulates the work of Pedagogues and assistance to judicial proceedings.
