With the completion of the documentation analysis and reclassification of the candidates approved in Stage 1 of the Selection Process for Temporary Hiring of Professionals of TJTO, the Commission calls 200 candidates classified in Stage 1 to present the documents that prove the score assigned.
The Notice was published in the Justice Gazette this Tuesday (30th).
The call is necessary in order to meet the coefficient of vacancies available for each district/position provided for in the Notice of the opening of the competition.
According to the Notice published today, CONVOCATED candidates must, from 2:00 p.m. on December 3rd until 11:59 p.m. on December 6th, 2021, meet the following items:
- The documentation must be sent in pdf format - in a single file not exceeding 30 MB, through Esmat's Virtual Learning Environment (AVA), at http://esmat.tjto.jus.br/ava/, via access with the candidate's login and password, as per item 7.4.2, of TJTO's Edital nº 316.
- The documentation should be sent with all supporting items of the barema, personal document and other documents required for candidates competing for the vacancies Person with Disabilities (PCD) and Black or Brown People (PPP). The file may be compressed at the candidate's discretion, as long as its content is legible, (item 7.4 of Notice nº 316, of TJTO).
- The following will be considered identification documents: ID cards issued by Military commands, Public Safety Secretariats, Identification Institutes, professional exercise inspection bodies; Brazilian passport; driver's license with photo; work and volunteer certificates (item 7.4.3 of Notice nº 316, of TJTO).
The Notice also informs that the Esmat's AVA system will allow ONLY the candidates expressly called in this Notice to send the documentation.
To the other candidates, the committee COMMUNICATES that they should await the publication of the provisional result of Stage 2, scheduled for December 14th.
