The initiative, as cited in the Notice no. 069 of 2026, aims to "promote the awareness and strengthening of institutional practices of inclusion and reception, considering the specificities of ASD in the workplace, as well as the demands faced by civil servers who exercise care giving responsibilities on the spectrum."
The programming includes a lecture with occupational therapist Gisela Tebaldi Guedes de Moraes. Master in Teaching in Science and Health, specialist in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and with more than 15 years of clinical experience, the lecturer will address topics such as introductory notions about ASD, barriers in the institutional environment, impacts on daily work, organizational reception and facilitating measures for the promotion of inclusion.
Coordinated by Angela Issa Haonat, the action integrates the thematic axis of accessibility and inclusion and it seeks to contribute to the strengthening of a more welcoming institutional culture, with respect for differences and attention to adaptation needs in the workplace.
