GAIA On Eproc: Esmat Hosts A Series Of Workshops To Strengthen The Strategic Use Of Ai In The Judiciary

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold, from April 7th to June 19th, twelve classes of the Workshop: AI Solution (GAIA) integrated into Eproc, an initiative aimed at training judges and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (PJTO), for the efficient, ethical and strategic use of the Artificial Intelligence tool integrated into the procedural system.

The activities will be held at Esmat, with an offer of 600 places, distributed in 12 classes of 50 participants, and a workload of 8 hours per class. Registrations will occur exclusively by nomination of the Presidency of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), in conjunction with the Directorate of Information Technology (DTINF).

The programming will bring together theoretical and practical content on compliance and ethics in the use of Artificial Intelligence, based on the Resolution 615 of 2025 of the CNJ, as well as presenting the GAIA platform, its modules and functionalities applied to the process flow. Among the covered topics are the use of GAIA Assistant on Eproc, Document Management with OCR, Audio and Video Transcription, Jurisprudence and Legislation Research, Minutes and Prompts Generation, as well as Resources of Organization, Automation and Collaboration.

The event will be conducted by the doctoral student and master in Judicial Provision and Human Rights Angelo Stacciarini and Lawyer Pamela da Rocha Pires Ferreira. The coordination is in charge of Jacqueline Adorno de La Cruz Barbosa and Alice Carla de Souza Setubal, Director of Informatics at the TJTO.
