Event On Public Management And New Bidding Law Takes Place This Tuesday At The TJTO

The auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) receives this Tuesday, November 25th, the event on "Public Management: Good Practices, Governance and Probity". The initiative is promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), in partnership with the Court of Auditors of the state of Tocantins (TCE-TO) and the State Prosecution of Tocantins (MPTO), starting at 9 am.

Free and aimed at public officials, managers, legal advisors and professionals who work with administrative contracts, the training aims to contribute to the strengthening of public management and the tackling against unlawful conduct in the administration.

Coordinated by the Assistant Judge of the Presidency of the TJTO, Arióstenis Guimarães Vieira, the event will feature the participation of the prosecutor of the National Treasury Matheus Carvalho, who will give the lecture on "Adherence to the price registration act in light of the new Bidding Law". The theme is one of the five panels foreseen in the programming.

For the face-to-face public, in the city of Palmas, the attendance will be recorded electronically at the entrance and exit of each shift. Participants from other locations will have their attendance computed from the LOGIN in the Virtual Academic Secretariat (SAV), during the live broadcast.
