The II Meeting of Registrars, Notaries and General Internal Affairs of Justice of the state of Tocantins will be held on Monday (October 6th). The programming brings together strategic themes for the strengthening of extrajudicial services, focusing on standardization, integrated practices and modernization of the sector.
The programming will take place in a hybrid format, with face-to-face activities in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), and live transmission by the channel of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) on YouTube.
Under the coordination of the assistant judge of the General Internal Affairs of Justice (CGJUS), Marcelo Laurito Paro, the event will bring together magistrates, civil servers, secretaries of forums, registrars, notaries and representatives of extrajudicial registries, with a focus on topics such as Innovation, Integration, Standardization of Procedures and Good Practices.

The meeting will feature six thematic lectures and the participation of experts from various States, addressing technical aspects ranging from notarial accounts and civil registry restoration to discussions on the role of notary offices in combating money laundering and international cooperation.
