General Director Of Esmat Participates In National Congress On Research And Innovation In The Judiciary

Justice Marco Villas Boas, general director of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) and president of the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of the Magistracy (Copedem), participates this Thursday (August 28th), in the official programming of the 3rd National Congress on Judicial Research, Statistics and Data Science in Labor Justice, promoted by the Superior Court of Labor (TST) and the Superior Council of Labor Justice (CSJT). The event will take place from August 27th to 29th, at the TST in the city of Brasilia.

In order to expand the dialogue among empirical research, data analysis and innovation in the management of the Judiciary, the Congress has lectures, rounds of conversation and presentations of works by researchers, magistrates, civil servers and experts from all over the country.

The programming of the afternoon of August 28th is curated by Copedem. Among the highlights are lectures on training in Generative AI, Data Governance, Jurisprudence Guided by Artificial Intelligence and the Challenges for a Safe and Ethical Use of AI in the Judiciary. The exhibitions will be led by experts from Microsoft Brazil and professors from the University of the state of São Paulo (USP), as well as representatives from the technology and innovation sector.
