O Poder Judiciário Tocantinense, por meio da Escola Superior da Magistratura Tocantinense (Esmat), promove nessa sexta-feira, 27 de junho, a partir das 8h, o I Encontro Estadual de Precedentes e Ações Coletivas do TJTO. O evento será realizado no formato híbrido, com atividades presenciais no auditório do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Tocantins (TJTO) e transmissão ao vivo para todas as comarcas do Estado e demais regiões.
With a workload of 8 hours, the event focuses on promoting a culture of precedents and expanding mastery of the technological tools for managing them, as well as fostering debate on collective actions in the Justice System.
Among the highlights of the programming is the magna lecture by Justice Sérgio Kukina, of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). In addition to him, representatives from the STF, TRF2, TJSP, TJMG and TJPE, among other bodies, will also take part as panelists.
The event is being coordinated by Judges Márcio Soares da Cunha and Manuel de Faria Reis Neto. Participation is free and open to the public.
