
On Wednesday (May 28th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) held a workshop entitled on "The Supervisory and the Leadership Function: behaviors that make up each concept in practice", aimed at magistrates from the Courts of Cristalândia and Arraias.
The training, which lasted 3 hours, took place remotely and it was aimed at improving behavioral skills to prevent illnesses and improve personal and work-related social relationships, boosting personal satisfaction, a sense of cooperation, respect and identity at work.
The activities were taught by Evanuzia Luzia de Oliveira, who has a master's degree in Social Psychology and a postgraduate degree in People Management from the Federal University of the state of Rio de Janeiro. The content focused on developing behavioral skills, promoting a more collaborative work environment and strengthening interpersonal relationships.
During the meeting, topics were covered such as the role of the team and/or life manager; the role of supervision and the role of leadership, focusing on the behaviors that make up each concept in practice; emotional intelligence, actions and reactions; bullying and sexual harassment, with guidance on support services, as well as issues related to accessibility and inclusion.
