Workshop Brings Together Judges And Civil Servers To Improve Teleworking Practices

Teleworking was the central theme this Monday (May 26th) and Tuesday (May 27th) of the Workshop on “Productivity with health and quality of life”, held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) in partnership with the Directorate of People Management (Digep/TJTO). Over the course of two days, magistrates, managers and civil servers from the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins immersed themselves in reflections on good practices, challenges and the care needed to ensure efficient, healthy remote working in line with current regulations.

Divided into two classes, the training aimed to intensify the positive aspects of teleworking, all in accordance with the Resolution 227 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), of June 15th, 2016, and the Resolution 20 of the TJTO, of June 24th, 2020. The activities were taught by facilitator Sandra Carvalho and facilitator Fernando Roberto Malheiros.

With a workload of three hours per class, the meeting covered topics such as the impacts of teleworking on mental health, prevention of musculoskeletal diseases, rules and flows provided for in the CNJ and the Resolutions of the TJTO.
