Dialogue, inovation and national articulation

With the central theme on “Mediation and Conciliation: Justice is in Dialogue”, Fonamec of this year will be an opportunity for technical updating, institutional coordination and the construction of guidelines to reinforce the use of self-compositional methods throughout the country.

The coordinator of the event, Judge Silvana Maria Parfieniuk, who also heads the Nupemec of the TJTO, highlights the moment as strategic:

“Fonamec is more than a technical meeting. It is a space for qualified listening, where we seek to align our practices, share experiences and build solutions to expand access to Justice through dialog. Hosting this event in the state of Tocantins is an honor and a great opportunity to strengthen our network throughout the country," says the magistrate.

The full programming can be accessed here.
