On Monday (August 19th), the General Internal Affairs of Justice (CGJUS) began the workshop on “Develop your Leadership Potential”, aimed at civil servers and magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. The event is being held at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), and runs until Tuesday (August 20th).
With facilitators Rudiney Moreira da Silva and Kátia Miranda de Oliveira, the aim of the course is to improve the leadership skills of the participants, team management, processes and goals. The workshop is also a space to foster new ideas, perspectives and approaches, which is essential for leaders who seek innovation to improve the services provided to the population.
Among the topics covered are effective communication, conflict resolution, empathy, negotiation and teamwork. Participating in the training, the Chief Justice, Maysa Vendramini Rosal, emphasized that the course contributes to improve the skills of managers in search of increasingly effective leadership.
“The leadership techniques presented are crucial to develop our work and obtain the best results in the future,” she said.
