Who Regularizes Dignifies: Acting Of Notaries In Land Regularization Is Recognized By The Judiciary With Seal

"I was not expecting, I was surprised! Even commented with the colleague and said that I would not win not because it had already passed the bronze and she said why? I thought it was the size. And she said it was for the agility, speed, promptness, all that, and when he called, I said 'my God'! I was happy because this is very important, shows that the General Internal Affairs of Justice, the Nupref and the Court of Justice trust us and the citizen only has to win. The citizen is so happy, the city is happy! Because it’s a long time waiting, the municipality is very old, it was emancipated in 92 and since that time people fight because it was a big farm and no one had title. Now, yes, they started to leave the first. So, in fact, the dignity arrived in Santa Maria", celebrated Lorena Peclat Barbosa.

The speech is from the holder of the Registry of Real Estate of the city of Santa Maria do Tocantins (233 km from the city of Palmas), who was awarded with the seal "Who regularizes dignifies!", in the Diamond category, for the work carried out in a small municipality with about 2,700 inhabitants, according to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). The award given by the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins (CGJUS) marked the closing of the II Seminar on Land Regularization and the Real Estate Registry Service in the State of Tocantins, on Friday morning (August 16th).

"It was an excellent event with lectures, themes and valuable exchanges on land regularization. We end with this award that is a stimulus, a recognition of the project in relation to the advancement of land regularization throughout the State. With this, we hope that the award can help people understand that the work developed is a joint work and that the participation of the registration office is essential for us to advance in land regularization", pointed out the Chief Justice of the State of Tocantins, Justice Maysa Vendramini Rosal.

"The award 'Who regularizes dignifies' has a fundamental importance for the work we develop, because through this award we recognize those real estate registrars that wear the shirt of this commitment to the citizen, that it is to bring dignity to each of the citizens through the realization of their right to housing, by giving them a title that gives them security, to say they own and that property. There, it can be transferred tomorrow by inheritance to the children, and then it is a prize that recognizes the effort, dedication and commitment of real estate registrars with the land regularization in our State", complemented the coordinator of Nupref, Judge Wellington Magalhães

Seal

Unroll, unlock, solve! With this mission the Nupref travels throughout the State promoting the land regularization of several municipalities. In all, 18,140 citizens have already received the titles of their real estate, legitimizing them as owners (de facto and de jure) and granting them, above all, dignity, since they now have legal security.

To achieve this mark, several partners are necessary and the role of municipal authorities and Real Estate Registry offices is fundamental in the process. Seeking to recognize this partnership CGJUS has published the award "Who regularizes dignifies!", to reward those who contribute directly to the emission and delivery of the Certificates of Entire Content - the famous titles of ownership.

The award is in its second edition and it is awarded to the Real Estate Registry that stood out in the process of regularization of informal housing units in the State over the last year. The seal is delivered in three categories, according to the size of the municipalities - small, medium and large. In each category, you get the Bronze Seal who reached 75 points, Silver Seal who reached 100 points, Gold Seal who had 125 points or more, and Diamond Seal for those who reached 150 points in total.

Bronze category

"I always thought of doing the best, the best of me I give, but this land regularization is very rewarding. And this prize for me is the realization of a dream!", said one of the winners in the Bronze category, the substitute registrar of the Real Estate Registry of the city of Itacajá, Socorro dos Santos Araújo.

Also received the Bronze Seal serventias of Property Registration of the cities of Augustinópolis, Buriti of Tocantins, Campos Lindos, Darcinópolis, Dois Irmãos, Lagoa of Confusão, Nova Olinda, Paraíso of Tocantins, Pedro Afonso, Ponte Alta of Tocantins and Porto Nacional.

Silver category

"Very important to receive this award today, a privilege and recognition of the work developed by both the registry office and the municipality in partnership with the judiciary. When the resident took his title there, and saw the performance of the registration office in a timely manner, it was well run, we worked hard, but we managed. Today we are here, receiving the Silver seal, and this is wonderful", celebrated the sub-officer of the Registry Office of Registration Services of the city of Abreulândia.

Also received the Silver Seal serventias of Property Registration of the cities of Gurupi, Nova Rosalândia, Pequizeiro, Piraquê, Presidente Kennedy, Sampaio, Rio Sono and Sítio Novo of Tocantins.

Gold category

"Wonderful, folks. It’s a recognition and the General Internal Affairs Department is to be congratulated, because it’s a very big challenge for us, from the registry offices. The partnership of the judiciary is very important because it helps in this process of transparency, legality and legal certainty. So, without the partnership, I think this moment, this regularization would be impossible. It’s wonderful to have a partnership. I’m thrilled with this award!" Winner in the Gold category, the substitute registrar of the Real Estate Registry of the city of Guaraí, Maria Dorilene Araújo Galvão Milhomem, celebrated.

Also received the Gold Seal serventias of Property Registration of the cities of Carrasco Bonito, Novo Acordo, Peixe, Pugmil, Tabocão, Taipas of Tocantins and Tupirama.

Diamond category

As the Registry of Real Estate of the city of Santa Maria do Tocantins, received the Diamond Seal serventias of Property Registration of Angico, Araguaína, Arraias, Cariri of Tocantins, Dianópolis, Lizarda, Marianópolis, Palmas, Paranã and Rio of Conceição.
