Registrations Are Open For Lecture On “The Economic Analysis Of Criminal Law And The Economics Of Crime”

Servers, magistrates, trainees and collaborators of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, professionals and members of the Brazilian justice system and members of the general community interested in attending the lecture on “The Economic Analysis of Criminal Law and the Economics of Crime” can register clicking here.

The event will be held in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) on July 30th, from 9:30 to 11:30 am.

Requested by the Association of Military Officers of the State of Tocantins, in partnership with the Association of Servers of the Court of Justice (ASTJ) and the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the lecture will feature Professor Pery Francisco Assis Shikida. The initiative aims to discuss the repercussions of crime from the perspective of criminal law and economics.

Pery graduated in Economics from UFMG in 1989. Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from ESALQ/USP, 1992. PhD in Applied Economics from ESALQ/USP, 1997. Post-Doctorate in Economics, Getúlio Vargas Foundation/SP, 2009.
