Workshop Trains More Than One Hundred Magistrates, Advisors And Civil Servers From The Judiciary Of The State Of Tocantins In Registering Health Law Cases In The Eproc System

The second class of the workshop on "Registration of Health Law Cases for Users of the eProc System" took place this Tuesday (June 25th), remotely, with the aim of training magistrates, advisors and civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins for the efficient use of the Unified Procedural Tables of the Judiciary and the handling of these tools in the Electronic Process system (Eproc).

The workshop highlighted the importance of the correct use of "Health Law" themes in related processes, demonstrating how this directly impacts on the distribution and management of cases in judicial units. Under the guidance of Kellen Cleya dos Santos Madalena Stakoviak, who holds a master's degree in Judicial Provision and Human Rights from UFT/Esmat, the participants were introduced to a comprehensive overview of the Unified Procedural Tables.

Law Judge and General Coordinator of NatJus-TO, Milene de Carvalho Henrique, who proposed the activity, opened the workshop by highlighting the engagement of the participants who were present, with more than a hundred participants registering during the talk. 

"We have a commitment to the population and to the CNJ, because you are essential to the Judiciary, and correct registration leads to a series of good procedural procedures, decisions and quantification with the CNJ," she commented.

The workshop dealt with the initial classification of health law cases, covering both the procedural classes of knowledge and compliance with sentences. Specific topics such as public health and supplementary health were detailed, highlighting the need for a precise and appropriate approach when filing cases.
