The deadline for registering for the first round of conversation on human rights is next Wednesday (April 10th). The action carried out by the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins (PJTO), through the Directorate of People Management (Digep), is part of the "Justice in Dialogue" project, which aims to discuss human rights issues in order to promote a healthy, inclusive work environment that respects diversity.
The activities will take place via a virtual platform and they are aimed at trainees, civil servers and Judges. There are 35 vacancies available for the first round of conversation and those interested should register here. The link to enter the virtual room will be sent to all those registered.
First Meeting
The first round of conversation will be held on April 11th, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., with the theme on "Quality of life and mental health of trainees". The facilitator is Psychologist Almerinda Maria Skeff Cunha, who will address the prevention of trainees becoming ill at work, forms of harassment and discrimination in the workplace and their impact on health, tools and strategies for improving quality of life and health protection factors.
